Goda Masala
It is one of the Maharashtra’s delicacies, it is largely used amongst the people who have settle taste, it is also known as Brahmhani Masala and Kala Masala. it does not contain red Chilies. But the Blend of Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Dry Coconut and Black and White Sesame Seeds. You can use it in a Curry, Vegetables, it will give you distinct flavours than rest of the spices.
Onion Garlic Masala
It has it’s dominant roots in Kolhapur, Satara, and Sangli Region of Maharashtra. It contains dry coconut, Garlic, Onion and dry red chillies. Which intensify it’s Pungent Flavours and makes it different from other Indian spices. It is widely used in Misal, Lip-smacking fiery Kolhapuri Chicken and varieties of veg and non-veg Indian curries.
