Malvani Masala comes from the Kokan region of Maharashtra. It is dominantly used in coastal cuisines, it has a pungent flavour which helps to enhance Indian curries and vegetable mixes. It’s an age-old recipe which has a distinctive and aromatic flavor. We have been making this for last more than 90 years. We are the best whom you can trust.
To preserve its authenticity, we dry roast the spices until it becomes aromatic, then ground in a pounding machine, which helps to preserve the spice’s essential oil that enhances its flavour and works as a natural preservative.
Fish Masala
Have you ever wondered how the perfect coastal orange fish curry is made? We have simplified this to you, It contains dry Byadgi chillies, coriander seeds, Turmeric, Fennel and the Magic of Triphala (Sichuan Pepper) which predominantly found in Konkan region. Thus gives an aromatic flavour to the curry. Fish Masala can also be used in the marination for fried Fish.
