Fish Masala

We have simplified this to you, It contains dry Byadgi chillies, coriander seeds, Turmeric, Fennel and the Magic of Triphala (Sichuan Pepper) which predominantly found in Konkan region. Thus gives an aromatic flavour to the curry. Fish Masala can also be used in the marination for fried Fish.

Ingredients	Bedagi chillies, Coriander seeds, Fennel, Turmeric, Trifala (Sichuan Paper)
Instruction	Store packet in a dry place.
	For long lasting preservation put Crystal of asafetida.
